标准简介：This standard specifies the general prevention and control requirements for foreign object debris of spacecraft, as well as the prevention and control requirements for foreign object debris of spacecraft in the process of design, assembly, testing, test, packaging, transportation, and operation in launch site (hereinafter referred to as development process).
